Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Buddi app or website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Buddi.
1. About Buddi
Buddi is an AI-powered parenting companion app developed and operated by Buddiapp Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Buddi provides personalised guidance, routines, and support for parents of children from newborn to 5 years old.

3. Your account
To use Buddi, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for:

- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and payments

5. Not medical advice
Buddi provides general parenting guidance and information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, clinical, or diagnostic advice.
Buddi's content is grounded in UK child development research and is intended as a supportive tool, not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional — such as your GP or health visitor — for medical concerns about your child.
If you believe your child is experiencing a medical emergency, contact 999 or your local emergency services immediately.
